Dam!!

We took the girls to Saylorville Dam last night to look at the spillway. It was quite impressive and the girls loved just watching the water. I was amazed at the amount of people out there on a Sunday evening. Ava and Ella both just stood and watched the water. Ella asked tons of questions about where the water was coming from and where it water was going. All Ava wanted to do was stand and try to get wet. She need convincing since it was only 45 degrees outside and the water was REALLY cold!!

Spring Break

Spring Break this year was not much. Sarah had some pictures and worked a couple of days. I guess it is better to save a little money for the new one coming in a few months. We haven't done much besides clean around the house, take down Christmas lights, and finally sort through all the baby clothes to see how much we have (Hint: We have TONS!!) We did take the kids to Incredible Pizza to eat and play some games. They had fun bowling, playing air hockey and just running around and being loud. It is so much fun to watch them that it is hard to believe there will be another trailing after them in no time at all. We also went and picked up Princess and the Frog and watched it as soon as we got home. If you haven't seen it you need to. It is a really good Disney movie that in my opinion ranks up there with Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast. Can you tell I live in a house full of women.

24 Weeks!!

Here is a picture of Sarah and 24 weeks. Little Girl McConnell is constantly kicking and the girls are still very excited about this whole experience. Ava is ready to go to an ultrasound to see her little sister. It is really neat to see the girls around Sarah. They are constantly hugging and kissing her belly. Ella always give Bun Bun to Sarah to put on her belly for her sister. They are very cute and I can't wait for that moment when they see her for the first time.

Can You Hear Her?

I found our old Baby Sound microphone to listen to the heartbeat of the little one. I got it out and both girls could not wait to listen to their new baby sister. From their looks they got pretty excited.
